At BL Fabric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium textile purchase. If your fabric or garment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your BL Fabric account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold the unwashed and uncut fabric in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA form is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our quality control team inspects the textile, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
